39th Annual Winter AutoFest, February 21st through the 24th, 2013

The next exciting Zephyrhills Auction will be held February 22-23, 2013, during the 39th Annual Winter AutoFest.

We are very happy and excited to announce that our auctions will be live on the web thru Real Time Bid for those of you who may not be able to attend in person.

Whether you are a prospective bidder or consignor or an enthusiast looking forward to viewing the auction, the information below should be helpful.

To Prospective Bidders & Consignors: Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Collector Car Auction. Your participation in our events is very important to us. We hope you will join us as a Zephyrhills Auction participant.

The auction will start Friday at 11:00 a.m. and Saturday at 9:30 a.m. A total of 290 cars will be accepted for both days, a maximum of 130 cars Friday and a maximum of 160 cars Saturday. Purchases must be paid for in full (amount bid plus 6% buyer's premium plus tax, tag, & title fees) at the conclusion of that day's sale, by cash, cashier's check, money orders, traveler's checks, or check accompanied by bank letter of guarantee, unless previous arrangements have been made with the cashier. For Bidders: Registration fee, which includes Friday and Saturday admission to the festival and auction, is only $50.00. A reserved parking area has been set aside for bidders who register in advance. Your parking windshield decal and admission passes will be sent to you upon receipt of your bidder registration and fee. Bidder fee payment must be made by cash or certified funds after February 1, 2011. Your bidder number and photo badge will be issued at the bidder office upon receipt of your letter of guarantee or $500.00 cash deposit for cash buyers. The auction will be held indoors for maximum comfort. Bidder registrations and cashiering will be in the building adjacent to the Auction Building.

For Consignors: A current copy of Automobile Dealer's License and Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13) are required for exempt sales.
